form in relation to education services, etc..
12. Nothing in this TAC will be construed to create a relationship
of employer and employee, of joint ventures or partners, or of principal
and agent between M.C.U. and you. Nothing in this TAC shall be construed
to create any third party beneficiaries to this TAC.
13.The TAC constitutes the entire agreement between you and MCU and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior
agreements between you and MCU with respect to the Service,
except when there is a signed contract. You also may be subject to additional
terms and conditions that may apply when you use or purchase certain
other MCU services, affiliate services and third-party
content.The failure of MCU to exercise or enforce any
right or provision of the TAC shall not constitute a waiver of such
right or provision. If any provision of the TAC is found by a court
of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the other provisions of the
TAC should still remain in full force and effect.
