TERMS AND CONDITONS OF MCCANN UNIVERSITY WEBSITE USAGE
McCann University ("MCU")welcomes you. MCU provides its service to you subject to the following Terms And Conditions ("TAC"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. If you continue to browse and use this web site you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern MCU's relationship with you in relation to this web site. MCU may also offer other services that are subject to different Terms And Conditions.

The term "McCann University" or "us" or "we" or "M.C.U." refers to the owner of the web site. The term "you" or "users" refers to the user or viewer of our web site. The use of this web site is subject to the following terms of use:

1.MCU provides users with access to a number of services (the "Service"). The content of the pages of this web site is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT MCU AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF MCU HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. You agree to permit M.C.U. to use your name, address, practice and other relevant information as indicated in the admission submission form in relation to education services, etc..

12. Nothing in this TAC will be construed to create a relationship of employer and employee, of joint ventures or partners, or of principal and agent between M.C.U. and you. Nothing in this TAC shall be construed to create any third party beneficiaries to this TAC.

13.The TAC constitutes the entire agreement between you and MCU and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and MCU with respect to the Service, except when there is a signed contract. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use or purchase certain other MCU services, affiliate services and third-party content.The failure of MCU to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TAC shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the TAC is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the other provisions of the TAC should still remain in full force and effect.

14. Please report any violations of the TAC to our administrator
